Mr. Lischka is the owner and founder of Lischka Engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and later obtained his Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has successfully managed and contributed to a diverse range of civil engineering projects, from small-scale developments to large, complex infrastructure projects. His expertise and commitment to quality have helped establish Lischka Engineering as a trusted provider of engineering services. 

 Mrs. Stephanie Morrell has been a valued member of the Lischka Engineering team since 2020. She earned her degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University and plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the company. Stephanie oversees project coordination, helping ensure that projects remain on schedule and continue to move forward efficiently while Mr. Lischka is managing field operations and visiting job sites. Her organizational skills and dedication are essential to providing clients with timely and dependable service. 

 Joe has been a member of the Lischka Engineering team since 2024. As the company's lead drafter, he plays an integral role in the development of project designs and proposal documents. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and brings years of experience using the software to produce accurate, high-quality engineering plans. His technical expertise and attention to detail help ensure each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
